Responsibilities:
• Provides prompt service to walk-in customers.
• Attends to all customer complaints including delivery issue, product quality, and reverts
to the customers in a timely manner.
• Compiles and analyzes customer feedback to improve the company’s products and
services.
• Prepares daily, weekly and monthly customer complaint reports.
Requirements:
• Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/ Business Administration or any related
disciplines.
• 2 years experience in similar job function is preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Outgoing, pleasant personality, persistent and meticulous.
EXECUTIVE (INTERNAL AUDIT)
Responsibilities:
• Plans the audit scope and procedures for IT.
• Performs audit field work and prepares audit report.
• Provides support to the matters related to IT.
Requirements:
• Possess a recognized Bachelor’s Degree in IT and/or Certified Information System Auditor
(CISA).
• 2 years experience in similar job function is preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Meticulous, self starter and able to perform under pressure.
• Proficient in oral and written English and Bahasa Melayu.

(1 Position - Kuala Lumpur) Main Responsibilities:- Input transactions into MFund System according to the Fund Manager's instruction such as purchase of shares, creation & cancellation of unit, money market transactions and miscellaneous payment etc.
- Prepare Payment Voucher / Telegraphic Transfer (TT) Letter / Cheque / Payment Listing/ Daily Cash Flow etc.
- Prepare monthly Bank Reconciliation and month-end NAV Reconciliation.
- Diploma or Certificate in Accounting / Finance / Business Study / Economics or equivalent from a recognized university OR Sijil Tinggi Pelajaran Malaysia (STPM) / Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM)
- Minimum of 1 to 3 years working experience with Trustee Company and/or relevant experience in Capital Market industry will be an added advantage
- Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Required Skill:
- Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to deliver a detailed and thorough job output
- Good communications skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
